1. Data we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), driving licence data for verification, booking and payment records (we never store full card numbers — payments are processed by Stripe), and usage data.

2. Legal basis & purpose

We process data to fulfil rental contracts, comply with legal obligations, and improve our service, based on contract performance and legitimate interest.

3. Retention

Booking and financial records are retained as required by Swiss accounting law. Other personal data is removed or anonymised on request.

4. Your rights (GDPR)

You can access, export, correct or erase your personal data at any time. Log in to manage your data.

5. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site and, only with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies. Details and controls are described in our Cookie Policy.

6. Data sharing & processors

Data is shared only with processors needed to deliver the service — payment (Stripe), hosting, e-mail delivery and, with consent, analytics — under GDPR/nLPD-compliant agreements. We never sell personal data.

7. Data security

All traffic is encrypted (TLS), card data is handled exclusively by our PCI-DSS payment provider, and access to personal data is restricted and logged.
