Pickup
Our agent meets you in Arrivals with a name sign — walk straight to your car at P1.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 48h before pickup; 50% between 24–48h.
Documents
A valid licence held ≥2 years, passport/ID and a credit card in the main driver’s name.
Fuel
Full-to-full: you receive a full tank and return it full.
Insurance
Basic cover with an excess is included; add Full Insurance to waive it.
